Default Re: Abrir la competencia

Hi there! In my early morning readings and absolutely by chance, I came across one of the last paragraphs of Adam Smith´s Book One on The Wealth of Nations and I quote "To widen the market and to narrow the competition, is always the interest of the dealers..." Even though this book dates from the late 1700's I think you may clearly see that you can be more literal and talk about "opening the market", although in this case it is meant to increase competition.
However, my first posting relates to more modern literature of 1980-1990, although it may sound a bit more creative and less literal. Hope it helps!!!
