With Tageditor you can translate documents in general (word, excel, html, also standard localization formats such XLIFF). However, if you are in the industry of "software" localization you probably use a tool that can work with a large number of software specific formats, such as exe, java, software binary files, java, microsoft.net. Passolo manage entire projects in multiple languages, tageditor is just a translation tool.
