Brief Question For Lawyers And/or Legal Translators
Hi everyone !! I was wondering if words such as "herewith", "hereunder", "thereinafter" ec., as well a “shall” phrases (such as “The assignee shall -……”) are still used in US agreements and are still part of the legal lexicon.. I still use those terms in my translations but I am afraid they might be obsolete. Any word of wisdom on this?
Thanks in advance
