Having reviewed your motion dated February 2, 2009, acting on behalf (in representation) of Alphas S.A. and in compliance with that set forth in article 25 and 26 of the Medications Act, published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Mexico N° Nº 37.006 on April 5, 2002 and articles 22 and 23 of the Regulations of the Law on Pharmaceutical Practice published in the Special Edition of the Official Gazette N° 2.465, dated April 21, 2008, with the favorable resolution of the Pharmaceutical Products Review Board issued in meeting N° 39, as per Minutes of Meeting N° 919 dated June 4, 2008, I hereby inform that the Instituto Nacional de Salud (Nacional Health Institute) approves the pharmaceutical product named TAMIFLU 100 mg :- COATED TABLETSSREF-07-0620”.
