Hello Hebe,

I'm completely out of my field here although I did a little searching and what I found it's that in Spanish there are not any different between this two terms, both are translated as "Impuestos especiales" or "Impuestos sobre consumos espec�ficos".

Sorry for not being of any help but I hope some one can find an explanation on this.

BTW in that survey that you are on how do they differentiate them?
