La Universidad De Colorado anuncia que XXXX es candidata(o) a recibir su Licenciatura en Comunicaciones
Se graduara Cum Laude el S�bado, diecis�is de Mayo de 2009 a la HORA 9:00 AM

I think that es candidato A recibir.... es mejor que PARA recibir/ On the other hand, I think it is better to say: LICENCIATURA EN COMUNICACIONES

Regarding "comunicaci�n or comunicaciones" I am not very sure. Let's wait for some other opinion. But I think that LICENCITURA EN COMUNICACIONES is ok.
