Hi guys sorry for the delay. I thought I would get some sort of alert if someone replied to my posting. . but I guess not. This is what I have:

La Universidad De Colorado
Anuncia que
NAME
Es candidata(o) para recibir su
Licenciatura de Comunicaciones (OR should it be �Comunicaci�n�)
Se graduara con Menci�n Honor�fica (OR �Se graduara Cum Laude� �)
El S�bado, diecis�is de Mayo
Del dos mil nueve
Nueve imputo de la ma�ana
Auraria Field
Denver, Colorado

I am not sure whether I need to say just say Cum Laude as there is no such thing in Mexico??
