I am not an expert concerning this type of files, but I am a thinker. I guess, in order to better understand your query and its answer, I would need more to go on. It sounds too vague to me. An enlarged paragraph containing this information would be better.
As far as I know, 3g is referred to "telefonía movil" o tecnología de tercera generación.
