"El sistema de Nómina Integral tiene como finalidad mantener una estructura de costos para todos los cargos de la empresa y procesar la nómina del personal. El sistema soporta las nóminas tanto del personal operativo como del personal administrativo y de back office y está hecho de manera flexible de manera de adaptarse a la legislación laboral del país en donde se vaya a implementar. En adición al apgo del salario, el sistema contempla el cálculo de apartados laborales y obligaciones legales relacionadas con el personal. Este sistema se integra con los Sistemas de “Orden de Producción” y la aplicación contable que tenga la empresa. La unión de los tres sistemas consitutye un”sistema auditado de pago de personal”."
