Hola CarlosRoberto and Vicente!
Vicente, let me explain that fe de errata is used in Spanish when somebody makes a mistake in some kind of publication (it could be a newspaper article, a news, etc) and then in the next issue of the publication, they publish Fe de erratas and there, they explain the mistakes they made in the previous edition. It could be from a person's name to an action granted to a person...
this is according to RAE

errata.

(Del pl. lat. errāta, cosas erradas).

1. f. Equivocación material cometida en lo impreso o manuscrito.
V.
fe

Palabra que se da o promesa que se hace a alguien con cierta solemnidad o publicidad.

So, now you have more info my friend, can you give us the English for fe de errata? I'm curious too.
