Could you help me translate this phrase from the back of my high school's diploma?

My english/spanish dictionary gives me 'apocopated form' for 'apocope' but I'm not sure if this is correct because in my english dictionary I can't find anything related to 'apocopate'.
Also I'm not sure how to translate SUBDIRECCION, is '
deputy office' correct here? my dictionary also gives me 'post of deputy director'.
