Hi Guys,

I am having problems with this paraghaph. This is my try, but I am not sure at all. it seems like there were something missing in the English version, such as a verb or sth.

The group's research found that the average first-time buyer home cost 3.4 times average earnings at the end of last year, double the ratio of 1.72 in 1997.
El estudio del grupo revel� que el costo promedio para el comprador de vivienda primerizo costaba 3.4 veces su ingresos promedio a fines del a�o pasado, duplicando el ratio de 1.72 en 1997.
