If you have the option of leaving it as it is that's what I would do. It sounds like the name or description of a team's cheerleaders or players.
If it is a nickname ("Dunking Dancers") I'd certainly leave it alone.
It has a certain rhythym to it and wouldn't be hard for Spanish speakers to pronounce
If it is a description of the players' antics and you need to explain it then maybe a translation would be better but "dunk" is basketball slang and I don't know if it translates easily.
Are you familiar with basketball and what they mean by "dunk"? I don't want to insult your intelligence by explaining it if you already know but if you need an explanation I can tell you.
Volcar or volcada means to overturn or upset which might not fit. Ensopar means to dunk but will the Spanish fit the English context? .
