I read an article regarding this issue and I think you are misinterpreting the English. The reference was not to "back stock compensation" or back stock-based compensation. I believe it was referring to adding back into the negative figure stock or stock-based compensation, et. al.
Perhaps you could translate it as ... fue ajustada para ganancias basada en acciones, otras ...
You could use "compensación" instead of "ganancias" if you want to stay true to the original.
