That's a little tough ecuanime. "To make it up" means to repay or compensate but that is a little formal. Depending on the context you could say
"te compensaré" ... I will compensate you...if it's personal. Or if it is in a business or less personal setting: "le compensaré a usted"
If it is a case of having done somebody harm...like a husband caught cheating...I don' know how to say that in Spanish.
