I agree with banane.
All african countries that speak french such as Cameroon or Senegal among others study the french, any other French pupil do in France.
Of course the language there will include "regionalisms", such as some exist inside France itself.
A "neutral" French translator will suit. But I tend to think that neutral french is the French of France.
If not, does anyone can tell me what is "neutral" french ?
