Probably your Spanish is good enough to translate something like that, if it wasn't written with dozens of grammar mistakes. I'm not a professional translator, but my native language is Spanish, so I can guess what your text is including. Here is my contribution.

"Hello. Well... what would I tell you? I tell you I went to the racetrack (or jogging ring). You missed ( to enjoy) it"

then this: "pero na mira" is a set of superfluos sounds proper of a rare local slang. All this phase I would translate to ...So...

Hello. Look my love, my bad girl. I saw you there, but I didn't say you hi. I don't know why. Assumed you wanted me to say you hi. So, you tell me when you go there next time OK?. Ok, take care.
