Hi, y'all. This is Louis here from GA, where there is a drought but plenty of little lakes filled over the brim (go figure).
The only one really empty is the one and only on the Chattanoga (sp?) river, that every body and their neighbor (literally - Alabama and Florida) have to get water from.
Don't believe me, but just go to Google Maps and get a bird's eye view of Atlanta, GA. You can zoom into the hundreds of ponds and (frankly) lakes. These are not small bodies of water!
