No it doesn't. It says that the other person, obviously her friend, is leaving on Wednesday. I translated it as such.

It could mean: lechera de mierda, but I would doubt her call her friend names, it could be though. It doesn't matter anyway. She didn't say she was leaving. The friend was leaving. I didn't say otherwise.

I think so, too.

Of course, I must agree with Sandra on this. Do not take things so seriously, even though they might seem very extreme and very obvious. It might just be friendly bragging about a conquest, which doesn't really exist, except in her mind or their minds for that matter.
