Foreign Qualification
Que significa Foreign Qualification?
If you are conducting business in a state other than the state of incorporation you will be required to file a Foreign Qualification for that particular state. Many closely held businesses (not publicly traded) choose to incorporate in the state where they do business due to the simplicity and ease of filing.
Si usted dirige negocios en un estado además del estado de incorporación se requerirá que usted archive una Clasificación extranjera para aquel estado particular. Muchos negocios estrechamente mantenidos (no públicamente comerciados) deciden incorporar al estado donde ellos hacen el negocio debido a la simplicidad y facilidad de archivar.
