I think it's ok to keep some English terms, specially if we don't have a word, like it happens with IT terminology. The mouse was born a "mouse" and not "ratón". It's like "e-mail", and "correo electrónico". We adopted the English because it was the only word. I don't think it's wrong.
After some time a Spanish word appeared, but it's hard to erase the old one from people´s minds.
What I think is ridiculous is to use the English word, but writen in Spanish, like "suéter" or "sánguche", what is that?
