Hello to all I am a newb in need of some help
I need to take a PDF format that has these security attributes that
i cant make changes to
Document Restriction Summary
Printing : Allowed
Document Assembly : Not Allowed
Content Copy : Allowed
Content Copy for Accessiblity : Allowed
Page Extraction : Allowed
Commenting : Not Allowed
Filing of form fields : Allowed
Signing : Not allowed
Creation of Template Pages : Not Allowed
There are three pages
I need to translate from English to Spanish
and put back in to PDF format
Are there any way to get around the file security, or is there a program that i can use that will translate the PDF from English to Spanish with out have to change the security settings
