Hello everybody. I am trying to translate that phrase but I am confused. The complete sentence is
The Mortgagor hereby mortgages to the Mortgagee all that certain lot, piece or parcel of land.
The unbold part is my problem. This is my try:
Por medio de la presente el deudor hipotecario hipoteca al acreedor hipotecario todo lote o parcela de tierra.
