Even though such parties are not a habit in Argentina, I think an invitation for it would be: "Te invitamos" (singular = "We invite you"; if you're addressing young people, specially, or you want it to sound informal) or "Los invitamos" (plural = "We invite you") a celebrar con ____(mother)___ el nacimiento de su niña, _________"
