The * by each word designates the need for an accent (sorry, I'm using my laptop right now and I can't make them). Here are the ALT codes you can use to make the appropriate accents and for which letters:
pais - over the "i," ALT + 131
corazon - over the last "o," ALT + 162
carino - over the "n," - ALT 164
pequeno - same as carino
