Hi, can someone help me translate the following sentence?

"It's necessary to demonstrate a logical consistency between the description of the company's strategy and the rest of the business plan. In addition, the proposed managment team sholud have a track record of past acomplishments backed up by a full description of their detailed experience, capabilities, cv of the project sponsors and details of legal entity to own project (including audited financials and tax returns)" .

what i don't understand is the last sentence: "and details of legal entity to own project" ...
