Dear Sir,
I am sorry for my repeated absences these past two weeks. As you know, I am affiliated with the 2005 promotion and I was passing my final exams during this time. I also had two job interviews that coincided with the course schedule.
I am travelling this thursday, december 13th since our promotion is already on vacation. I will keep in touch with my classmates during the vacation and catch up all the material I have missed. I will be back hopefully on thursday, january the 10th.
