Can someone help with the following:

"Durante el periodo comprendido entre el 1 de enero y 25 de marzo de 2006, fecha de emision de los presentes estados financieros, no se han producido hechos posteriores que afecten significativamente a los mismos."

I pretty much know what it says, however, I am having difficulty with translating "hechos posteriores", it is on the tip of my tongue and I just can't seem to come up with the translation.
