I am sorry but I was going over old postings and came across this quite interesting and puzzling one. Of course I consider this as a 100% creative writing job and I find it quite difficult to respect the rhyming (frontline-bottom line). However, I may suggest "De lo operativo al resultado final". If you think that it has a high level of service, you may say "Del mostrador al resultado (final)".
It's definitely mixing concepts reflected in a P&L with a frontline responsible for the operational expenses, with savings related to the use of the software and reflected in the bottom line.
