Estoy "casi" de acuerdo con las traducciones...

Llegar a un acuerdo
Hearing ( there will be another hearing)
Habrá otra audiencia
Board (board of directors)
Directorio
Meeting (plan on meeting me)
Reunión
pero... creo que queda mejor si se traduce:
there will be another hearing ... "habrá otra vista oral". (vista=es como una sesión de un juicio).
board of directors ... lo he visto traducido como: "consejo de dirección".
Meeting ... es "reunión", pero ... plan on meeting me= planear reunirse conmigo.
Por ejemplo: He plans on meeting me=Él planea reunirse conmigo.
