the easy part is "El no tiene un ..." (accent over the E in 'El') The interesting part is how you could translate "car". Some would write "coche", others would write "automovil" and still others would write "auto" for short. They're all fine, it's more an issue of style.
Finally, some would SAY 'carro' which is nominally acceptable in slang usage but NEVER for officially printed information.
